Objective and independent advice on the basis of technical parameters
An improvement plan is made on the basis of an analysis of technical parameters. This improvement plan tells you who is responsible for which tasks, when and how actions are taken, how long the process lasts. During this improvement plan, the plan is followed by Jan and if necessary adjusted.
A good result depends on product, process and personnel (staff / employees). The product is the quality of the pig: How can you improve the quality. Good process management is important in a pig farm. Jan makes an analysis, which things are going well in the process and how they can be improved. How is the execution of the process and does the staff need help? Are the skills of the staff good enough? How is the communication and division of tasks? Is the staff missing some certain knowledge (or tools) to do the job better?
